I think 12 and older is a good age to start watching My Hero Academia. There's some mild violence and complex themes, but it's nothing too extreme.

Honestly, My Hero Academia is perfect for anyone who loves action and adventure, but I'd say at least 13 to really get everything without being freaked out.
