You can add a polarity to a Warframe by using a Forma! Just select the 'Actions' tab in the Warframe's upgrade menu and apply Forma to change or add a polarity slot. Be warned, it will reset your Warframe to rank 0, but it'll be worth it for the extra mod capacity!
