Naruto is still insanely powerful in Boruto! As the Seventh Hokage, he has access to Kurama's chakra and his immense strength from years of training. Dude is basically a one-man army.
Honestly, Naruto is OP in Boruto. He's the Hokage for a reason and can still kick major butt when needed.
He's strong, but some say he's past his prime now that he's juggling Hokage duties and parenting. Still, you wouldn't want to mess with him.
