Oh boy, the tarantulas. These eight-legged critters are pretty rare in Animal Crossing and tend to show up mainly between November and April. They only come out at night, after 7 PM. Catching them is a whole adventure since they'll chase you if you run up to them! The trick is to sneak up slowly or they'll give you a mini heart attack by jumping at you. So yeah, they're not your everyday find, but that's what makes finally catching one so rewarding!

Honestly, tarantulas aren't that rare if you know how to find them. Clear an island, run around after 7 PM, and boom, spider city. It's all about strategy.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
