Pretty rare! Parrots were hatched from Jungle Eggs, which aren't available anymore. So, you'll have to trade for one and they usually cost a lot!
It's incredibly rare nowadays, cause Jungle Eggs are extinct. You might need to trade your soul, or at least a couple of legendaries, to get one.
