How rare is a shiny Rattata in Pokemon GO?
From my experience, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. I've been playing for years and only caught one during an event!

Honestly, shinies are rare, and Rattata is no exception. Just keep hunting, you'll get lucky eventually!
Shiny Rattata is quite the elusive critter! The general shiny rate for most Pokémon is about 1 in 500, so expect to encounter plenty of regular Rattata before you see that sparkling one.
I've caught multiple shiny Rattatas during Community Day events, so those are your best bet if you're on the hunt.
