Gible is pretty rare in Pokemon GO, but not impossible to find! During special events like Community Days, they appear more frequently.

Gible? Rare, but I've caught a few during Adventure Week events. Just gotta keep an eye out during events!

Not rare at all if you grind those 10km eggs. I've hatched a Gible or two from them.
