Caught Hoopa during the Mischief Unbound event! Haven't seen it since, feels like a shiny unicorn at this point.
Not that rare if you participate in all the events. Otherwise, you might have to wait for it to come back around.
Hoopa is pretty rare! You can only get it through special research tasks, so keep an eye out for those events!
