Lapras used to be super rare, but now it's more common in some events and as a research reward. Keep an eye on those special events!
It’s not as rare as it used to be, but you still might need some luck or event participation to snag one.
Honestly, Lapras is a bit overrated now. Plenty of other cool Pokémon to catch!
