Star Shelly is one of those ‘blink and you missed it’ skins. If you weren’t there during the global launch, you don’t have it. End of story.

Star Shelly is actually a super rare skin because it was only available to players who downloaded and played Brawl Stars within the first few days of its global launch. Can't get it anymore unless Supercell decides to bring it back!
