I got the Laguna skin when it came out, and I rarely see anyone else using it now. So, yeah, I'd say it's pretty rare.

Laguna is pretty rare since it was only available as a limited-time starter pack. You don't see it in the shop anymore.

The Laguna skin was part of a starter pack back in 2019, so it's fairly rare nowadays. You won't see it very often!
