How rare is the Pokemon card Surfing Pikachu?
Surfing Pikachu is actually considered a 'Secret Rare' card in the sets it appears in, like Evolutions. This means it's less common than regular rares but not as hard to find as some of the ultra or hyper rares. The thrill of pulling one from a pack, though, feels pretty epic because of its unique artwork and the nostalgia factor.

Gotta say, it's a bit overhyped. Surfing Pikachu is cool and all, but it's not the hardest card to find. Plenty of other fish (or Pikachus) in the sea!
Not as rare as you'd think! I've pulled a couple of Surfing Pikachus without trying too hard. Seems like it pops up more often than some of the other secret rares.
