No Transfer Code or backup? At least try reaching out to Bandai Namco support with as much info as possible about your account. Might be a long shot, but it worked for me!
Honestly, if you didn't save a transfer code or link to Facebook, you're out of luck. Always back up your accounts, people!
I had the same problem! Reached out to Bandai Namco's support and provided my account details. They were super helpful and I got my account back within a week.
