Surprisingly, Alexey Pajitnov isn't super rich! He made a decent amount but nowhere near what you'd expect for such an iconic game.
Alexey Pajitnov, the creator of Tetris, isn't a billionaire, but he's done pretty well for himself! After the fall of the USSR, he eventually received the rights to Tetris in 1996 and has a comfortable net worth reportedly in the millions.
I read somewhere that Pajitnov's net worth is in the low millions. Not bad, but considering Tetris' global success, you'd expect it to be higher!
