They gotta be 2.5 inches wide. Anything else, and you're probably looking at a fake.

As a long-time player, I can tell you all official Pokemon TCG cards are 2.5 inches wide. If it's not that width, question its authenticity. Trust me, I've seen my fair share of fakes at tournaments.
