Oh, Frieza's no pushover! After his resurrection, he trained for just four months and unlocked his Golden form, which put him on par with Goku's Super Saiyan Blue. Pretty impressive for someone who used to rely solely on his natural talent!
I'll tell ya from experience, Frieza's Golden form can give Goku a real run for his money. Whether it's the Tournament of Power or battling Broly, Frieza's a powerhouse.
Hot take: Frieza's strong but still no match for Ultra Instinct Goku. Strength isn't everything!
