How strong is Garp in One Piece?
Garp is insanely strong, no joke. This dude is a Vice Admiral but don't let the rank fool ya, he could've been an Admiral or even Fleet Admiral if he wanted. He's known as the 'Hero of the Marines' for a reason. Dude has gone toe-to-toe with the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and lived to tell the tale. Plus, he's got that iron fist of justice (literally, he throws cannonballs like they're softballs). So, in the power scale of One Piece, Garp is top-tier, no doubt about it.
