Ivankov is overrated. Sure, he's got some unique abilities with his hormone fruit, but we've got characters literally capable of destroying islands. In a world with that kind of power, hormone manipulation ain't that impressive.
Ivankov is insanely strong! He's the queen of the Kamabakka Kingdom and a commander of the Revolutionary Army. His Devil Fruit allows him to manipulate hormones, which can drastically change a person's body, heal them, or even boost his physical abilities. Plus, the guy can take a hit and keep on fighting like it's nothing. He stood up to the likes of Magellan in Impel Down and played a big role during the Marineford War. Definitely not someone you wanna mess with.
