How strong is Momonga in One Piece?
Momonga is pretty strong! He's a Vice Admiral in the Marine, which means he's no slouch. These guys are just below the Admirals, and we've seen Admirals do some crazy stuff. Momonga has also been shown to resist powerful abilities, like Hancock's petrification powers, thanks to his strong will. Plus, he's skilled with a sword and has a solid command over Haki. So, yeah, he's up there on the power scale!

Momonga? Strong? Absolutely. He's a Vice Admiral, which already tells you he's tough, but let's not forget that he can use Haki. That alone makes him a formidable opponent. Top-tier, maybe not, but definitely not someone to underestimate.
I'd argue Momonga is strong but not top-tier when compared to characters like the Yonko or top Warlords. He's capable, for sure, especially with his Haki and swordsmanship. However, in the grand scheme of One Piece, he's more mid-tier.
