Most of the Hashira are around the 5'8" to 6'0" range. Rengoku, for example, stands at 5'10" while Giyu is about 5'9". Mitsuri is a bit shorter at 5'6".

I'm pretty sure Gyomei, the Stone Hashira, is the tallest one at 7'2". He makes everyone else look tiny!
