Tanjiro Kamado is about 5'5" (165 cm), and Nezuko is around 5' (153 cm). Zenitsu Agatsuma stands at 5'5" (164.5 cm), while Inosuke Hashibira is 5'4" (164 cm). The tallest of the main gang, Giyuu Tomioka, towers at 5'9" (176 cm).

Height doesn't matter when you're slaying demons, but if you must know, Tanjiro is 5'5" (165 cm).
Most of the Hashira are roughly between 5'8" and 6', with the tallest being Gyomei Himejima at a staggering 7'2" (220 cm)!
As someone who's cosplayed most of the Hashira, I can tell you they're all around 5'8" to 6', except for Gyomei, who's a whopping 7'2". Makes finding shoes interesting, trust me!
Short story: Tanjiro's 5'5", Nezuko's a bit shorter, and Gyomei is a giant at 7'2".
