Honestly, it's a bit of a guesswork game, but Michael's around 6 feet tall. If you stand him next to other characters and objects in the game, it seems about right.

I'd say Michael is def 6ft. Close to Trevor in height but a bit shorter. Trust me, spent too much time analyzing this.
