From what I heard, they made a lot of the effects by combining everyday sounds with synthesized ones. Who knew that fridge hums could help Goku power up?

They used a mix of traditional foley techniques and creative digital sound design. Like, the Kamehameha sound? Pure brilliance mixed with some serious audio wizardry!

It's mostly foley artists smashing and crashing stuff together, along with some electronic magic. Keeping it old school and new school.

Sound designers for Dragon Ball mixed foley sounds (think smashing veggies for punches) with electronic effects. So, real-world stuff meets sci-fi awesomeness!

They just mashed a bunch of things together until it sounded cool. Worked for them!

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
