To 100% Sonic Forces, you'll need to complete all levels, collect all red star rings, numbered rings, and reach the time goals for each stage. Also, complete all missions and unlock all costumes for your avatar. It'll take some speedy skills and dedication!

I did it by systematically tackling one type of collectible at a time. Got all red star rings first, then went for numbered rings! Much easier to concentrate!
