Find someone to 1v1, then both of you join an empty server. If you can't, VIP servers are da way.
Just hop into a VIP server with your buddy, pick a map, and make sure it's just the two of you. Easy peasy!
I always go for a private server. Inviting a friend, choosing our favorite map, and setting it up for just us two. Works every time!
