Head to the Training Grounds and look for the Arena area. You can start a 1v1 match by selecting a player and issuing a duel request.

To 1v1 in Project Slayers, you just need to enter the Arena and challenge another player. Click on the 'Duel' option, pick your opponent, and let the battle begin! May the best slayer (or demon) win!
