I did this yesterday! Go to the Roblox home screen on your Xbox One, then find the Friends tab. Select the friend request, and hit 'Accept'! That's it!

You actually can鈥檛 accept friend requests directly on the Xbox Roblox app. You鈥檒l need to accept them via the mobile or web version of Roblox.
