Speaking from experience, open Roblox, go to your groups, click 'Manage Group' on the one you want, then head to the 'Requests' tab to accept. Simple as that!

Log into Roblox, head to the group's page, and click on the 'Group Admin' button. Then navigate to 'Requests' and accept the ones you want. Boom, you're in!
