Just jump into your Communication menu (the speech bubble icon) in the game, head to Friends, and boom, any pending requests will be right there waiting for your approval!

Open the pause menu, go to Communication, then Friends, and you'll see pending friend requests. Accept away and happy Tenno times with your buddies!
