Accepting a friend request in GTA is pretty straightforward! Just pause the game to bring up the menu. From there, navigate to the 'Friends' tab in the Social Club. You'll see any pending friend requests listed there. Just click on the friend request you want to accept and hit 'Accept'. Bam, you're now officially GTA pals!

Just hit pause, go to Social Club, and accept the friend request. Easy peasy.

Honestly, I always forget to accept friend requests because I get too caught up in the game. But yeah, pausing the game and checking the Social Club does the trick.
