All you gotta do is head to the main menu, hit Options, then go to Extras. You'll see the Legal Agreements option. Just accept all of 'em!

Easy peasy! Just go to the main menu in Rocket League, then head to Options. Navigate to the Extras tab, and select Legal Agreements. Accept all the agreements listed there.

Had to do this recently. Just go to Options from the main menu, then Extras, and accept all the Legal Agreements. You'll be back to flipping cars in no time!
