Just hit the Xbox button, go to the Roblox app, and then pop into the Friends tab. You'll see pending requests there and can approve with a click!

On the Xbox, open the Roblox app, navigate to the home screen, and go to the Friends tab. Select the friend request you want to accept and confirm. Easy peasy!
