Super simple! Open up the 'Nearby' screen by tapping the bar at the bottom right of the main screen. Then, tap on the 'Raid' tab, and if you've got an invite, it will be there. Just tap 'View' to join!

When you get a remote raid invite, a pop-up will show on your screen. Tap 'Battle' to accept it, then choose your Pokémon and get ready to fight!
