First, navigate to your group's page. Then, click on the 'Requests' tab, and you'll see all the pending join requests. Hit 'Accept' next to the user you want to add!

I had to do this recently. Go to your group page, find the 'Requests' tab, and click 'Accept' for the user. Done!
