When you're playing an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, just press the View and Menu buttons together to open the Xbox 360 guide. From there, you can accept game invites like you would on a 360!

First-hand tip: Pressing the View and Menu buttons together on your Xbox One while in a 360 game brings up the old guide, letting you handle invites like it's 2005 again!
