Just blow up the rubble, guys. You need explosives. Find them in the tunnels, easy.

First off, you gotta clear out the Mirelurks and their Queen during the 'Taking Independence' quest. Once you've shown them who's boss, you'll find the armory is blocked by rubble. Look around for Sarge, a robot who's guarding the armory. But here's the kicker: You need to grab the Castle Tunnels key from the General's body or the workshop. Use that key to enter the tunnels beneath the Castle, navigate through, and find a way to blow up the rubble blocking the armory. Boom! Access granted.

Actually, accessing the armory is pretty straightforward once you complete 'Taking Independence'. Clear the enemies, find the key, navigate the tunnels, and use explosives to clear the blockage. Worked like a charm for me, and now my arsenal is sweet!
