To access the Create a Sim menu in Sims FreePlay, tap on the green 'Sim' icon at the bottom of the screen when you're in an unoccupied house lot. Then, you can customize your Sim to your heart's content!
Just start a new game or add a new Sim by selecting an empty house lot. You'll see the Create a Sim menu pop up.
It's simple: go to an empty house and the Create a Sim option will appear automatically.
No magic needed! Just use the green 'Sim' icon when you're in an empty lot to create a new Sim.
