First off, you gotta make sure you actually own the DLC. Check your game library or the store to confirm. If you've got 'em, they should automatically download and install. Once that's done, just boot up Fallout 4, and you'll get in-game prompts or new radio signals leading you to the DLC content. Easy peasy.
