Just search for the game in your library's search bar. Even if it's hidden, it should still pop up. Right-click, manage, and unhide. Done deal.

Accessing hidden games on Steam is easy peasy lemon squeezy. Just go to your Steam Library, and there should be a 'Hidden' category on the left-hand side menu. If you've hidden something previously, it'll show up there. To unhide a game, right-click it in the Hidden category and select 'Manage' -> 'Remove from Hidden'. Voila! Game's no longer playing hide and seek.

Y'all, I swear half the time games are 'hidden' cuz Steam's UI is a labyrinth. But yeah, what the first person said works.
