First, you'll need to head to any of the Orokin Moon tilesets鈥攗sually found on Lua. Once you're there, explore the map for a glowing, golden door. That's your ticket to the principle room challenge!
I stumbled upon one by accident on Lua. Just look for those lavish gold doors.
In Warframe, go to Lua on your Star Chart, enter any mission there, and keep an eye out for the challenge rooms. You'll recognize them by the ornate doors and the nearby consoles.
