Turn on your PS3, sign into your PlayStation Network account, and navigate to the PlayStation Store on the XMB (cross-media bar) menu. Simple as that!

I still access the PS3 store occasionally! Just boot up the console, sign in to your PSN account, and click on the PlayStation Store in the main menu. Happy shopping!
