If you own PUBG on Steam, the Test Server should appear in your library automatically. Look for 'PUBG: Test Server', download it, and jump into the new content before it's released on the main server.

Just go to your Steam Library, and you'll see 'PUBG: Test Server' listed along with your other games. Install it and you're good to go!
