First, make sure you've completed the Heart of Deimos questline. Then, head to the Necralisk on Deimos and do the necessary missions to unlock the Helminth system. The Helminth Infirmary will be added to your Orbiter.

Just finish the Heart of Deimos quest and visit the Necralisk. Bam! You got Helminth on your ship.

To access the Helminth system, you need to get to the Heart of Deimos content. Once you've gotten to the Necralisk on Deimos, you'll unlock the Helminth Infirmary in your Orbiter after completing some initial quests. Hope you like gross, but awesome, infested monsters!
