You don鈥檛. Facebook auto-deletes items in the trash after 30 days.
Go to your profile, click on 'More' under your cover photo, then select 'Activity Log.' There, you'll find 'Trash' where you can restore or delete items.
You can access it through the 'Activity Log' on your profile. Check the 'Trash' section and recover or permanently delete your content!
