First, you gotta link your Warframe and Twitch accounts. Then, just watch Warframe streams on Twitch with Prime Loot enabled and claim your goodies!
Once you've linked your Twitch and Warframe accounts, head to the Prime Gaming website to claim your loot and it'll show up in your game.
I did this last week. Connect your accounts, claim on Twitch, and boom鈥攍og into Warframe to find your new loot.
Step 1: Link Warframe and Twitch. Step 2: Claim loot on Twitch. Step 3: Enjoy in Warframe. Done.
