Alright, here’s the deal: to access debug mode in Undertale, you gotta edit the game files a bit. Go to the game’s directory, find the file called ‘data.win’ and open it with a hex editor. Search for the text 'B858' and replace it with 'B857'. Boom! Debug mode is now enabled when you start the game.

Easy peasy! Get yourself a hex editor and open the 'data.win' file in the Undertale directory. Change 'B858' to 'B857' and you're all set!
