I've accessed Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One by going to the Store, searching for the game, and purchasing or downloading it if it’s available through backward compatibility. Worked like a charm for me!

Just use the Xbox One Store and search for Xbox 360 games. Easy peasy!

You can access Xbox 360 content on Xbox One through the Xbox Store! Just go to the Store tab, search for the game you want (make sure it's compatible with backward compatibility), and you're good to go!
