Linux users, you'll find your save files in ~/.config/UNDERTALE. Happy spelunking!

Just open the game folder and look for a file named 'file0' or 'file9'. That's where your saves are hiding!

Honestly, the easiest way is to back up your entire game folder to be safe. Worked for me when I needed to transfer saves!
