In the main menu, hit up Settings, then head over to Users and Accounts. Under Other, you'll see Console Sharing and Offline Play. Just set it to Enable, and you're good to go!

Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play. Then select 'Enable'. Boom, done!
