Just log into the new account on your PlayStation, go to the PlayStation Store, and subscribe to PlayStation Plus from there. Easy peasy!

You need to log into the account you want to activate, head to the PlayStation Store, and purchase the PlayStation Plus subscription. Don't forget to set it as your primary account to share benefits with other users on the same console!
